WALKTHROUGH
###############################################################################
Bricklayer J. Gastronomy

You will find the walkthrough for the game in the sections below.


Throughout the game there are places where you can make a choice. The choices
that you make have an impact on your morality, and ultimately your ending to
the game.

There are three possible endings and they are for good, evil and neutral
morality. I will try to point out these choices for you, so that you can make
the ones you want for the ending that you want.


###############################################################################
(E-01) REMEMBRANCE OF THINGS PAST
###############################################################################

Part 01
-------

Watch the cutscene and use the wall by the tables to take cover from the
gunfire. Watch as other prisoners open up the gate for you, then go through
the gate and the door on your right for a checkpoint.

Part 02
-------

Go right to the dead-end until someone dies, then take the shotgun from the
ground and go through the open door. Use the panel on the wall and open the
locker [press X] for a Xombium bottle, then take the Eastern Fac. Bldg Map
among the boxes.

Leave the control station and watch as another person runs away, then go
through the open door on your right. Go down the stairs as you see some
enemies, then open the door at the bottom. Approach the enemy in the next room
to see a vision, then take the xombium at either wall and open the locker to
find a body.

Answer the ringing phone in the previous room and go through the door by the
pop machine for a checkpoint.

Part 03
-------

Here's your first choice, you can either kill the guard, kill the prisoners, or
do nothing and let them kill the guard.

Either way you'll have to fight off the prisoners, so do that and grab a knife.
Switch back to the shotgun and take a couple of shots at the enemy that
appears, then watch as another one busts down a door. Go through that door and
head left, then open the next door and watch a vision before reaching the next
checkpoint up ahead.

Part 04
-------

Check the monitors and watch your friends on your right until the door opens,
then take the molotovs on your right and shoot the enemies. Kill more enemies
as they jump down, and keep killing them until the stage ends.

(E-02) HOPELESS BLEAK DESPAIR
###############################################################################

Part 01
-------

Take the rusty pipe in the next room and go through the door on your left, then
take the Xombium [kill the scientists if you're trying to be evil] and return
to the hallway. Kick open the door on your right and climb the boxes in the
far left corner.

Enter the open window on top and smash the box for the waterfront map, then go
through the hole in the fence and take the Colt 1911 pistol up ahead. Press
"circle" to smash the wood on the gate up ahead, then open it up and climb down
the ladder.

Take the city of Baltimore map as you crouch through the passage, then go right
and left until the stage ends.

(E-03) THE WEAK SHALL INHERIT NOTHING
###############################################################################

Part 01
-------

Ignore the dogs and attack the lone enemy, then go downstairs and smash the
wooden debris. Use the crank and press down on the "left stick" to open the
gate, then go on through for a checkpoint.

Part 02
-------

Take the Torque's Nbhd S. Map and smash/shoot the padlock on the locker, then
take the xombium inside and the flashlight batteries in the corner [kill the
guy if want to be evil]. Open the door beside these batteries for a vision as
your flashlight turns on.

Shoot the enemy in the ground here and pull the box away from the wall, then
crouch for some xombium behind it. Drop down the shaft and crouch before
shooting an enemy, then crouch in the alcove by the fire for more batteries.
Climb the stairs and the ladder beyond, then take the xombium on the stairs on
your left [kill the dog if you want to be evil].

Jump through the hole in the wall in the right corner and answer the phone up
ahead, then climb the ladder and go through the window to end the stage.

(E-04) THE HARDEST HOMECOMING
###############################################################################

Part 01
-------

Open the fridge for some xombium and kick down the door on your left. Take the
map of Torque's Apartment and open the closet to get the letters. Switch to
your map and use "L2/R2", then read the letters. Approach Carmen for a vision
and take the xombium by the left wall, then kick down the 2 doors on your left
and flip the lights on in each room.

Approach the television on your right and watch it for a vision, then take the
pistol and leave this room. Go through the door to your left at the end of the
hallway and go down the stairs, then open the door on your right to end the
stage.


###############################################################################
(E-05) THE UNHOLY BURDEN
###############################################################################

Part 01
-------

Go right and take the xombium by the telephone pole, then grab some colt ammo
by the telephone booth on your left. Approach the pawn shop and make another
decision, whether you're going to shoot the victim, shoot his attackers or do
nothing [either way a cutscene plays].

Take the xombium from the bodies and fight off a trio of slayers [attack the
person that leaves the pawn show if you want to be evil], then take the xombium
just outside the pawn shop [swap your pipe for a knife too] before going
inside. Watch the TVs and take the map behind the counter, then go through the
next door to find a checkpoint.

Part 02
-------

Open the lockers and take the wooden bat, then try the door ahead of you before
turning around and opening another one behind you. Enter the bathroom and turn
around as the other door opens, then go through to meet up with your neighbour.

You can decide here if you want to kill your neighbour [to be evil], fight with
him [for good], or simply hang back and let him fight alone until he dies
[neutral].

Go left through a stone arch for some batteries and colt ammo, then enter the
next area and jump left onto a ledge for a sawed off shotgun. Fight off a
group of slayers and find the dumpster opposite the fence [take the colt ammo].
Jump from this dumpster to the roof above you and go right, then climb some
stairs for a vision and take some sawed-off ammo.

Drop over the fence up ahead and take the colt ammo by the door just left of
the hole in the ground. Kick this door open and another one just ahead, then
take the batteries and colt ammo in the next room. Check the cracked wall by
the right corner as a slayer bursts through it, then fight him off and go
through the hole.

Take the xombium and answer the phone, then kick down the next door for a
checkpoint.

Part 03
-------

Take the colt ammo ahead of you and drop left into the trench, then follow it
left to some water. Go right here for some flashlight batteries and follow the
path, then cross a plank of wood and take some molotovs on your left. Climb
the stairs and take the xombium, then open the storage crate for some colt
ammo.

Watch a vision up ahead and kill a trio of enemies, then approach the ladder
[shoot the lock off the ladder if needed] and kill another enemy. Jump up to
the bent fire escape here and go through the door, then take the batteries.
Kick down the next door and head left for the next checkpoint.

Part 04
-------

Take the xombium and open the supply crate for some colt ammo, then turn left
and approach the tunnel. Back away from the flames and kill the arsonist [duck
if you catch on fire], then turn right and approach the open door. Kill
another arsonist and go through the first door [up the stairs] for some xombium
and colt ammo, then go back down the stairs.

Turn left and head through the broken gate where the most recent enemy came
from. Take the xombium and batteries by the dumpster, then jump from the
dumpster to the roof above. Take some colt ammo and hug the left wall as you
shoot a arsonist, then go through the hole in the wall where the enemy came
from.

Take the flashbangs and other items before leaving this room, then turn left
and drop off the roof to land on the left side of the fence below. Go answer
the phone ahead of you, then turn around and go right to find a crate. Drag it
back a little so that it's under some vents, then climb from the crate to the
vents.

Drop down to the floor and take the batteries, then swap your pistols for the
skorpion machine gun. Open the door in the right corner and kill the slayers,
then take the xombium from the people. Go through the open door and decide
whether you want to shoot the guy, save him or do nothing. Take more xombium
and some shotgun ammo, then use the switch by the yellow light to open the next
door and go on through for the next checkpoint.

Part 05
-------

Open the storage crate on your right and take another machine gun by the arch,
then go inside for some batteries. Return to the streets and approach the
revolver left of the theatre, then fight off a trio of slayers and a trio of
gorgers.

Swap for the revolver or colt if you need to, then fight off a group of
gorgers, slayers and arsonists. Enter the right side of the theatre for a
vision, then use the doors on your right to end the stage.


###############################################################################
(E-06) DENIAL OF THE FITTEST
###############################################################################

Part 01
-------

Smash the boxes on your left and open the door, then go through [kill the
guy on your right if you want to be evil] and open either door. Watch the
cutscene in the next room and fight off some enemies as your insanity meter
builds. Press "triangle" to transform when the meter is full and flashing,
then kill the rest of the enemies. Transform back and watch another cutscene
as you reach a checkpoint.

Part 02
-------

Attempt to go through either door at the top, then turn around and dodge a
fireball. Go through the hole in the movie screen and head right, then open
the storage case for some colt ammo. Turn around and go left past the screen
for some xombium [and a revolver if you want it], then turn around and watch
the screen in the new section.

Take the xombium and batteries from the shelf as you fight off some enemies,
then transform when your insanity meter is full. Smash the cracked wall to the
left of the screen while you are transformed and go through the hole for a
checkpoint.

Part 03
-------

Take the batteries by the fence on your left before heading right, then talk to
the junkie through the next door. You can either protect this guy in the next
few rooms for good, let him get killed for neutral, or kill him yourself for
evil.

Either way you want to take the xombium and open the next door, then take some
colt ammo on your left and some shotgun ammo on your right. Kill the enemies
that appear and transform when you can, then climb the yellow ladder in the
narrow passage.

Take the xombium and the map just ahead of you, then cross the little bridge
for some colt ammo before crossing back. Walk onto the roof on your right and
crawl through the open window, then drop to the floor and check the lockers.
Take the skorpions from the body and smash the boxes that are blocking the
door, then go on through for a checkpoint.

Part 04
-------

Take the batteries on the stove and open the next door to start a cutscene.

Kill the cops if you want to be evil, let them fight to the death for neutral,
or fight alongside them for good. Either way, you want to fight off a pair of
triggermen [transform when you can] and go right. Open the supply crate on
your left and swap your sawed-off for a regular shotgun, then head right down a
small alley for some xombium. Hug the right wall as you pass the hole in the
ground to reach the next checkpoint.

Part 05
-------

Take the xombium and shotgun ammo at the left side of the flames, then go
through the door on your left and jump onto the gazebo for a vision. Kill the
enemies and transform when you can, then go up the stairs and kill some more.
Drop off the ledge and go right for some xombium and skorpion ammo. Go the
other way and smash the wood that's blocking the next door, then go through for
the next checkpoint.

Part 06
-------

Take the xombium and shotgun ammo, then either wait for the junkies to die
[neutral], or kill them yourself [evil]. Kill the enemies that appear [you
can't damage the grey slayer with normal attacks], then transform and destroy
the grey slayer and his friends. Change back as another cutscene plays, then
go through the open door to find a map and climb the stairs for a checkpoint.

Part 07
-------

Take the xombium [kill the woman if you want to be evil] and smash the glass
for the fire axe on the wall. Take the axe and chop down the wooden door on
your left, then swap it back for your machine guns. Go up the stairs and enter
the first open door on your right, then open the supply crate for some colt
ammo.

Answer the phone and leave the room, then go into the next room for a cutscene.
Kill the mainliner and another in the hall [kill the guy in here if you're
being evil], then open the next door and take some molotovs by the bathtub.
Enter the next room [kill the 2 people if you're evil] and go through the next
door for a checkpoint.

Part 08
-------

Kill the people here if you're evil, then smash the plank over the hole in the
floor. Drop down and kill the mainliners, then use the switch and open the
door in the corner. Take the molotovs on your right in the hallway, then turn
around and smash some boxes in your way.

Open the door and check the fridge for some xombium, then take molotovs from
the alcove and go through a hole in the wall. Kill the trio of mainliners and
open the door on your left to end the stage.


###############################################################################
(E-07) THE WILL OF THE PEOPLE
###############################################################################

Part 01
-------

Climb down the ladder and take the shotgun ammo behind it, then use the turret
just ahead [fire in bursts] to kill a group of triggermen. Go right and
hug the right wall, then swap your machinegun for the grease gun [kill the guy
on your left if you're evil].

Go down the stairs by the neon sign and take the shotgun ammo and xombium
behind the counter, then watch the cutscene to reach a checkpoint.

Part 02
-------

Go through the door that opens and smash the boxes on your left, then shoot the
lock off and open the locker. Open the right door and smash more boxes, then
take the batteries in the right corner. Walk up the ramp to meet up with
Miles, then go left and shoot a trio of guards and a couple using a turret on
your right. Climb the ladder and jump the gap for some xombium and a
checkpoint.

Part 03
-------

Jump to the next catwalk and turn left, then drop down to the ground and swap
your grease gun for the colt in the supply crate behind you. Take some
batteries on your right and watch a vision, then kill some maulers and take the
xombium from the corner up ahead. Shoot the pair of barrels here to cause the
roof above to slant, then jump up there once the flames disappear to reach a
checkpoint.

Part 04
-------

Walk to the wall and turn left, then jump across the gaps on the walkway. Turn
right and drop into the next alley, then kill some triggermen and guards. Take
the xombium from the bodies and at the front of the bus, then hug the right
wall as a worm creature bursts from the ground up ahead. Watch it go back
down, then drop into the hole to end the stage.


###############################################################################
(E-08) HITTING BOTTOM
###############################################################################

Part 01
-------

Take the batteries and smash the boxes, then smash the lock and take the
xombium from the locker. Climb up to the passage on your right and the stairs
beyond as Miles opens the door on your left, then go on through for a
checkpoint.

Part 02
-------

Go down the stairs on your left for shotgun ammo and xombium, then shoot the
burrower after a vision. Open the right door and smash the boxes for a map
and some machineguns, then return to the passage and kill a pair of burrowers
before you go through the next door.

Climb up on the right side of the pump for some xombium, then climb up to a
catwalk above. Go left for some skorpion ammo, some xombium and a checkpoint.

Part 03
-------

Drop down and kill some slayers and a burrower, then hit the breaker on your
right at the dead-end. Turn around and go through the door on your left, then
take the batteries and xombium on your right. Open the supply crate on your
left for some colt ammo, then smash the crates up ahead for a checkpoint.

Part 04
-------

Take some shotgun ammo and xombium as you kill some guards high and low, then
shoot some more on the right side as they blow open a door. Go through this
door and use the pillars as cover while you kill a guard on your right, one on
your left and a few straight ahead. Use any molotovs that you have to make
this easier, then take the items and head for the passage in the back left
corner.

Take the xombium and ammo while you swap your colts for the grease gun, then
use the turret and shoot a group of about 10 guards as they come through the
door straight ahead. Use the switch beside the turret once the guards stop
coming, then go back a little and shoot a guard through the bars ahead.

Go left from the open gate to reach a pump room, then use both switches to open
a large hole up ahead. Open the door on your right and drop down the hole,
then crouch and enter the tunnels for a checkpoint.

Part 05
-------

Follow the tunnels as you see a vision, then climb the ladder and take some
xombium behind you. Open the supply crate for some colt ammo and approach the
bars, then turn right and crawl into an alcove for some grease gun ammo. Turn
around and jump to a passage, then follow it to a checkpoint.

Part 06
-------

Jump up onto the wall on your left to meet up with Miles, then fight off some
maulers and transform. Run up the hill and smash the cracked wall on your
left, then kill some burrowers and go through the next door for some xombium.
Turn right and jump into the passage, then crawl through it to end the stage.


###############################################################################
(E-09) RELENTLESS PERSISTENT DETERMINATION
###############################################################################

Part 01
-------

Climb the ladder and take the items, then go through the open gate on your
left and through a fence. Explore and smash boxes until you collapse and fade
to black.

You wake up in a new room, so open the door in the right corner for an M-60.
Shoot the lock off the cage above with the woman in it if you're being good,
ignore her for neutral, or kill her for evil. Go through the door in the left
corner next for a checkpoint.

Part 02
-------

Open the gates to the weapons and take whichever ones you want [I took the
RPG-7 and the M-60]. Open the lockers for some batteries and open the next
door for a vision, then take Cory's drawing before killing the mainliners,
slayers and guards. Smash the cracked wall in the corner by the door where you
entered [kill the scientist for evil], then open the door at the top of the
stairs for a checkpoint.

Part 03
-------

Take xombium from the cabinets and use the yellow switch to release a pair of
mainliners. Kill them and get whatever weapons you want from the weapon cages,
then go back up the stairs and through the next door for a checkpoint.

Part 04
-------

Open another door and shoot guards high and low [there's colt ammo in the
supply crate on your left]. Go right and follow the ramps, then shoot the lock
and take the xombium. Turn around and walk down the dock, then jump left onto
the boat for more xombium.

Backtrack to the open area and go through the open gate [climb down the ladder
on your left for some xombium], then enter the building up ahead and use the
lever. Move right with the levers to knock some crates off, then walk back a
bit and carefully jump across the crates [3rd person view is much easier] in
the water.

Take the xombium on your right and either go up the ramp or climb the ladder.
Use the turret to take out some guards and go left as you shoot one up high.
Go through the gate and shoot another guard up high, then climb the stairs on
your right and go through the door.

Take the batteries and xombium and go back through the door, then shoot some
more guards and check the supply crate between the trailers [there's xombium
in the back of the trailer]. Head for the little booth by the stop sign and
shoot the lock off for some xombium and flashbangs. Pick up the M-60 and take
the map, then use the panel and shoot the guards that appear.

Approach the gate by the booth as a vehicle backs into it, then climb onto the
vehicle to end the stage.


###############################################################################
(E-10) HAVEN'T WE MET SOMEWHERE BEFORE
###############################################################################

-------
Part 01
-------

Shoot four trucks behind you as you come to a stop, then shoot a pair of guards
on the ground and one more truck to reach a checkpoint.

Part 02
-------

Shoot enemies in the streets and 2-3 guards behind you as you get stuck for a
moment, then shoot some triggermen ahead of you until a cutscene starts and you
reach the next checkpoint.


-------
Part 03
-------

Take the grenade launcher if you want it and watch a vision just ahead, then
jump to some xombium on your right. Turn around and take some batteries, then
crawl through the passage and shoot some guards and arsonists. Go through the
gate up ahead and take the map and xombium from the alcove on your left.

Climb the stairs and either kill the girl for evil, or let her get killed for
neutral. Open the gate and climb some stairs just ahead, then shoot some
guards and triggermen. Check the supply crate if you want revolvers, then jump
on the back of the vehicle for a checkpoint.

Part 04
-------

Aim out the front and shoot guards high and low at a roadblock, then aim to the
side and behind you. Shoot the last few guards as a cutscene starts and the
stage ends.

(E-11) REPEAT OFFENDER
###############################################################################

Part 01
-------

Open the locker for some batteries and enter the tunnel, then crawl under some
pipes and take the revolver before jumping into the vents ahead. Smash the
grate in front of you and carefully use your revolver on the pair of
suppressors here.

Take the map on your left and go left at the fork [kill the guy if you're
being evil, or let him die for neutral], then turn around and open the cabinets
for some xombium. Head right and open the door as you climb up a ladder, then
check the lockers as you reach a checkpoint.

Open the door and another on your left while you watch a vision, then enter the
room on your left for the next checkpoint.

Part 03
-------

Check the supply crate for colt ammo and try the next door, then wait until
some slayers appear. Kill them all and save your insanity, then shoot the fire
extinguisher among the flames. The grey slayer should find his way into your
room, so go insane and kill him and his buddies.

Jump from the table to the hole above in the ceiling, then smash a pair of
grates and drop down to the fiery room below. Take some items on your right
before going through the open door, then open the lockers for a checkpoint.

Part 04
-------

Go through the next door and shoot the guards high and low, then kill some
slayers and gorgers. Keep doing this until you get some arsonists to kill,
then watch as the door under the stairs opens with a flash. Shoot the guard
behind it and go through for a checkpoint.

Part 05
-------

Go left down the hall to the gate as a phone rings, then turn around and go
through a pair of doors. Shoot the lock off and open the lockers, then open
the door just ahead and answer the phone. Use the switch beside it to open the
gate, then shoot some mainliners and slayers as you go on through it.

Take the xombium on your left [turn all three crank handles to kill the guy if
you're being evil, otherwise backtrack to the button you last pushed and smash
the cracked wall while insane] and open the door for a checkpoint.

Part 06
-------

Kill some normal and grey slayers and check the lockers on your left, then
climb the stairs and kill a suppressor on your right. Ignore the doors here as
you go through the open one just ahead, then kill an arsonist while climbing
the stairs.

Go through the door and head right through another one, then check the cabinet
for batteries. Go through another door and either kill the warden, help him,
or let him get killed on his own. Wither way, you should climb the ladder to
end the stage.


###############################################################################
(E-12) TIPPING POINT
###############################################################################

Part 01
-------

Try your best to save your insanity mode for the next part, because it will
sure make that part easier.


Take the M-60 and open the supply crate [take the map too], then grab some
xombium and batteries on the ledge on your right. Follow the path to the fence
as some slayers and triggermen appear, then transform and rip them apart. Kill
some arsonists as well and keep killing until you reach a checkpoint.

Part 02
-------

Watch as a marksman breaks down the fence, then transform and kill 3 of them.
Take the xombium by the weights on your left, then shoot some gorgers and a
pair of suppressors up high. Take the xombium by the supply crate on your left
and go through the door for a checkpoint.

Part 03
-------

Kill the suppressor on your right and open the door on your right, then open
the cabinets and lockers. Leave the room and answer the phone, then continue
down the hall and the stairs. Open the left door and break the lock, then
check the locker for an M-60. Turn around and open the next door before
killing a suppressor, then break the lock and search the lockers.

Open the door just left of you and kill a slayer, then go through a gate and
take out a suppressor. Take some batteries in the right corner of the next
room before you transform, then kill about 4 triggermen. Shoot up some slayers
next and rip apart the grey one and some arsonists.

Go through the melted gate just ahead and go down the stairs for a vision.
Kill the two burrowers and climb the ladder, then take the tommygun and grab
some xombium from the cabinet in the next room. Go to the room beyond and
use the switch on your right to open the shutters below. Climb the ladder for
more xombium, then check outside for some grenades. Go back inside and climb
down the ladder, then go through the closer of the two doors for a checkpoint.

Part 04
-------

Check the lockers and cabinets before opening the next door, then watch a
vision and kill two suppressors. Jump up to the right open window and go
through the door on your left, then use the switch on your left to open the
shutters.

Let the suppressors and maulers fight each other before you finish off those
left alive, then go through the hole in the wall and smash the boxes to get
into the next room for a checkpoint [go back and answer the phone if you want].

Part 05
-------

Open about four doors on your left while taking some molotovs, then kill some
gorgers as a vision starts. Shoot some maulers to get the gate open and [check
the room on your right if you want to see a vision] open the next door just
ahead. Don't touch the light switch outside this room yet, instead you want to
use the red valve to get gas coming out.

Leave the room and shut the door behind you, then watch through the window as
it gets VERY full of gas. Now turn the light switch as far away from the door
as you can, which blows open both doors. Enter the room beyond for some
xombium and a shotgun, then use the switch and go through the next few doors to
end the stage.


###############################################################################
(E-13) DISCIPLINE & PUNISH
###############################################################################

Part 01
-------

Enter the cell on your right and crawl through the holes to your left for some
xombium. Step outside and kill a trio of guards as you climb the stairs, then
make a choice. Use the switch to free the prisoner for good, leave him in
there for neutral or to the last cell and shoot him yourself for evil.

Either way you want to take the map and other items and use the switch to open
the cells, then go through the next door for a checkpoint.

Part 02
-------

Enter the last cell and crawl through the hole to reach another checkpoint.

Part 03
-------

Head left and drop down for some items, then turn around and approach the
ladder for a vision. Climb up and shoot some slayers and mainliners, then jump
into the vents ahead of you. Smash the grate up ahead and crawl along to the
hole in the chain-link on your right. Drop down and search the cells for
items, then meet up with your friends to your left.

Either help them fight some enemies for good, let them get killed for neutral
or kill them yourself for evil. Either way, you want to go through the door
beside these guys and down the stairs for a checkpoint.

Part 04
-------

Open the door at the bottom and kill some slayers and arsonists, then kill a
triggerman as a gate opens at the left end. Take xombium from one of the cells
and go through the gate and the door beyond, then kill a suppressor and
continue on to meet with Miles.

Go through when he opens the gate and enter his booth for a few items, then go
up the stairs and take xombium from one of the cells on your right. Talk to
Miles here [kill him if you're evil] and go back down the stairs, then drop
through a hole in the ground near the gate. Wait here until the door opens,
then walk out to reach a checkpoint.

Part 05
-------

Open all the solitary cells here if you want to be good, otherwise leave them
closed for neutral. Open the door to the small room in the middle and take the
tommygun if you want it, then watch a vision and kill the pair of isolationists
outside.

Approach the gate for another vision before it opens up. Take another tommygun
from the body up ahead, then go left for a checkpoint.

Part 06
-------

Open the door and head left, then kill an isolationist and some mainliners. Go
down the stairs for a skorpion, then try the door as a phone starts ringing.
Shoot the white panel beside the door and go back up the stairs, then jump
through the hole in the wall and check the supply crate for tommygun ammo.
Crawl through a passage and turn right to meet up with a guard.

Either shoot him, let him get killed or kill him yourself for the usual
morality. Open the next door and kill a pair of burrowers, some slayers and a
triggerman as it bursts from a gate on your left. Go through that opening and
kill an isolationist, then follow the path and open the next door.


Be careful of the arsonist captain here, until he sees you or you get too
close, he won't do anything [he's on your left, behind the large machine in
the middle of the room].

Watch the vision and grab the grenade launcher on your right and some xombium
at the machine in the middle of the room [and more behind the arsonist captain
in the corner]. Shoot the fire extinguishers quickly if you want to be good,
otherwise leave them for neutral and kill the people for evil [you could also
shoot them and let the people help you, then kill them after for evil].

Either way you need to transform and beat on the arsonist captain here while he
summons arsonists. Kill him, his friends and a second arsonist captain, then
change back. Walk onto the elevator at the left end of the room for some
xombium and to finish the stage.

(E-14) SOFT SWEAT AND HARD LABOR

Part 01
-------

Take the molotovs, xombium and the map to your left, then go through the door
on your right and answer the phone. Climb the stairs and open the door for a
vision, then use the red button and go through the door on your left. Kill the
slayers and the grey one before taking some items, then go back down the stairs
and shoot some soldiers.

Shoot your way through the doorway on your right by the green light, then crawl
through the passage and climb up on the other side. Follow the path and kill
an arsonist captain around the corner, then go through the melted gate for a
checkpoint.

Part 02
-------

Take the xombium on your left and go down the stairs, then climb up the ladder.
Run past the windows and the helicopter's shots, then take the xombium on your
left and go through the door. Talk to Jordan and either kill her for evil, or
let her fight with you. Go through the next two doors to end the stage.

(E-15) LIFETIME COMPANION
###############################################################################

Part 01
-------

Go through the door up the ramp and down the stairs [take the revolver under
the stairs if you want it]. Check the lockers and smash the wooden debris,
then drop down for some xombium. Enter the next area for a cutscene and a
checkpoint.

Part 02
-------

This part is VERY annoying since you have to fight off a helicopter AND some
respawning soldiers. Remember that you can also save at ANY TIME, so use it to
avoid some annoying repetition. Another reason for saving often is that the
game has a tendency to FREEZE during this battle. This can make an already
frustrating battle, that much MORE frustrating.


Go left to a corner for xombium and some cover, then go right and open the
supply crate for some grease gun ammo. There's another supply crate in the
middle here that has shotgun ammo. Load up on both and go to the alcove on the
left side, opposite the grease gun ammo supply crate.

Use this corner [since the other one has windows facing you, where soldiers
can fire at you] and unload your grease gun on the copter between its own
bursts, and use the wall for cover as you reload and avoid the copter's shots.
Save your shotgun ammo for any guards that get close to you and make a dash for
either supply crate when you run out of ammo.

Repeat this until the copter catches on fire, then return to your alcove as the
copter flies away and FINALLY explodes.


Save your game and fight off the soldiers as you climb the ladder, then shoot
them until the music dies down. Listen to Blackmore and fight off some slayers
and a grey one, then go through the gate and down the next ladder for some
xombium, batteries and a checkpoint.

Part 03
-------

Take the xombium and leave the guard for neutral, or kill him for good. Use
the red button by the elevator and ride it up for the next checkpoint.

Part 03
-------

Transform to kill a grey slayer and his friends, then check the supply crate
for some xombium. Go through the open door and use the switch as a giant worm
[the horde] appears, then notice the grenade launcher to the right off the
horde. Approach this launcher and quickly back up as it tries to bite you,
then rush back to the launcher and fire a round into the horde's mouth.

Rush to the supply case for some xombium as you need it, just try to do this
DIRECTLY after the horde attacks or it could hit you on the way over. After
you get about 15 grenades in the horde's mouth, it falls down and you get the
next checkpoint.

Part 04
-------

Use the grenade launcher to take out the triggermen below, then transform and
finish off the rest. Look to the large hole as the Creeper talks to you for a
bit, then watch the flames die down and drop into the hole to end the stage.

(E-16) THE GREATEST STORY NEVER TOLD
###############################################################################

Part 01
-------

Get out of the pool as fast as possible, because it drains your health.

Take the xombium and watch a cutscene, then fight off some slayers and gorgers.
Watch another cutscene and shoot some mainliners and maulers, then watch
another one and kill some slayers and burrowers. After another cutscene you
fight some triggermen, then after another one you'll be fighting slayers,
suppressors and isolationists.


After this point, you have to fight some slayers and the creeper. Pretty much
run away from him [he teleports sometimes too] as he talks and fire back at
him [I did this while moving in a circle around the pool].

You may fight Copperfield instead of the Creeper, in which case you want to run
away from his maulers. Strafe to avoid his shots and return fire with some of
your own.


Do this until a cutscene starts, then either jump in the pool for good, touch
Blackmore for evil, or do nothing for neutral.

After you make your choice, the stage ends.

(E-17) HOME OF THE MISDEMEANOR HOMICIDE

Part 01
-------

Take the items and weapons, then either kill the guy for evil, or leave him for
neutral. Go through the doorway in the corner and climb the stairs, then kill
the isolationist behind you and some mainliners up ahead. Take the xombium at
the dead end and smash the wood in the doorway that's back around the corner.

Take the xombium [and the revolver if you want] in here, then walk to yourself
and crouch through the hole in the next room. Grab the xombium and head
through the doorway for a checkpoint.

Part 02
-------

Take some xombium a revolver and an M-60 on your left, then kill some arsonists
captains. Enter the alley and smash some boxes, then take the items and kill
arsonists both behind you and in front. Go through the melted gate and kill a
triggerman, then use the turret to shoot up a few more.

Kill a trio of triggermen, some arsonists and arsonist captains as a hole opens
in the ground just ahead of you. Take the xombium at the wall and go through
the melted gate in the right corner for a checkpoint.

Part 03
-------

Follow the alley and take the tommygun from the supply crate, then smash the
wood leaning against the wall for some xombium. Take out about 5 triggermen
and listen to a conversation, then fight some slayers, grey slayers, and
arsonist captains. Finally, go through the open door to end the stage.

(E-18) BORN INTO THIS
###############################################################################

Part 01
-------

Check the fridge in the room on your right for some xombium, then check the
bathroom and the other rooms until you see Blackmore at the gate. Listen to
him and answer the phone in the room with the fridge, then turn around and go
through the gate.

Climb from the box in the right corner to the floor above to start a cutscene
and reach a checkpoint.

Part 02
-------

I Highly recommend saving your game on a separate slot right here, in case the
game gets glitched where there's no enemies to kill for your insanity meter.
Which makes it impossible to finish the game and is really frustrating.


Take the xombium from the desk and get ready for a battle.

Blackmore has a purple glow around him so it's usually easy to spot him. There
are also slayers and grey slayers running around to build up your insanity
meter. If you climb the stairs, you will find supply crates with RPG-7 ammo
[there's another supply crate on the first floor, pretty much below this one].

Blackmore teleports and sometimes does a lunge attack, but his other attack
involves throwing a purple blast in your direction. In either case, you want
to keep moving to avoid these attacks [strafing tends to work well]. You
should also know that Blackmore's purple beam attack steals some of your
insanity meter and gives it to Blackmore [he can transform too, if he gets
enough from you].

Don't waste your ammo on Blackmore or the grey slayers. Shoot the normal ones
instead to build up your insanity meter, then transform and use a super attack
to kill a bunch of slayers and damage Blackmore. Now you can find him again
and either slash him, impale him or use more super attacks [just remember that
he only takes damage from you when you're transformed].

Change back when you need to and repeat this process until the battle ends,
then go up the staircase before sitting back and watching the ending for your
morality [good, neutral or evil]!
